This was my post froim last week.

So we are having a Destination Wedding in our new city and state. We just moved out west about 7 months ago, so 85% of our guest are coming from out of town (1500 miles away or more). So with the cost of travel, hotel and being in the wedding. I just told the ladies to find their own dress as long as it’s long, black and elegant. I asked each bridesmaid to allow me to see the dress before they buy and also share with the other ladies the style. So far the ladies are cool with it and since I am a big Bargain Betty 2 out of the 4 ladies are allowing me to help them find a good deal on dresses. I seen pictures from past weddings and it looks nice to have the ladies pick their own dress style to fit their body.

Is the barn heated sufficiently? Just looking at a short dress and how cold it was in OH this Halloween.

This one here is soo very close to the one you posted. @Soon2bSykes: I say go to a popular Bridal store like David Bridal and pick a shade of green. It’s your day so just set guidelines (shade of green u pick at DB, cocktail length, satin material etc). I think guiding them will be helpful in the end. Good luck.

@Soon2bSykes: I vote go on that dress! I’d love to wear it myself Tongue Out I think the dress as a whole looks more season appropriate and the color is fantastic
