I needed help creating my day of schedule. This is what I have down so far:
8:00 AM — Wake Up, Shower
9:30 AM — Bridesmaids start to arrive, settle in, and have breakfast together
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM Make-up and Hair for myself at my home (3 hrs booked) During this time also have bridesmaids (6 of them, get there hair and makeup done and get ready at my home).
Not sure where I will fit lunch into the schedule?
1:30 PM Photographer/videographer arrives at my home (10 hrs booked, until 11:30 PM)
1:30 PM -2:15 put on wedding dress, jewelry etc
2:15 leave to Ceremony location
2:30- 4:00 PM not sure if that’s too early to be at ceremony location to take photos before ceremony? What time should I and what time should Groom arrive?
Not sure what time to arrive at ceremony site and what time for Groom/Groomsmen to arrive. how long should I allocate to take photos before ceremony? Also, I wont be seeing my fiance until I walk down the aisle.
4:30 PM– Ceremony Begins
5:15 PM — Ceremony Ends
5:15 – 5:45 Photos with Family
5:45-6:10 PM drive to Venue
6:10-6:45 Photos with Bridal Party at Reception Venue
6:30 PM– Recepetion Begins, Coctail Hour Begins (6:00pm Second photographer arrives, leaves at 11:30pm)
7:30 PM — Dinner begins
… TBD with coordinator 🙂
11:30 PM — Reception Ends
…My wedding coordinator will go over the reception schedule with me. I am more concerned about the morning and afternoon before ceremony start times. Like how much time to leave for photos etc?
