My fiance and I went to check out a venue today – pictures below. We loved many aspects of the venue, especially the unique greenhouse-like reception and ceremony space. The vibe of the space doesn’t feel exactly like what we’re looking for – but it’s so close.
Do you have any suggestions of how we might personalize the space so it feels a bit more natural, rustic, and a bit less formal? Any decor-related suggestions would be so helpful.
Thanks in advance!

This is the cocktail hour space – suggestions welcome for here, too! The room wasn’t finished being set up when I took the photo.

What a gorgeous venue! Although it is a really elegant garden atmosphere, I think that “rustic” and “natural” could be added in the details.
If you look at pics of weddings in your venue, you will find one couple added a rustic arch and baskets or pots of moms to the hanging greenery.
Looking at your pics, I think there is room on either side of the chandelier to add a row of grapevine balls
another option would be to hang branches horizontally over the center aisle, below the chandelier of there is enough height for headspace
or just a large grapevine wreath beneath the chandelier
There is so much white in all the pics of the ceremony and reception. I think it would look quite different with a more earthy color palette.
you could bring in burlap on the backs of the chairs- perhaps just do the back row and the aisle chairs
