You need a venue for about $40pp before tax and gratuity for 100 people if your total budget is $6-7k. I think that may be hard here in NJ even if you do a weeknight or afternoon wedding. Maybe some PA bees can chime in and think of places in PA that may be less expensive. Keep in mind a DJ is at least $800-1000+ and photographer is $2k + and then there are lots of little things to factor in. North NJ is one of the most expensive places outside of NYC to get married.

@LittleMissKy:  For a venue, check out the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.  My budget was a bit bigger than yours, but they were willing to work with me to find something that would work, so it might be worth a call.

My DJ was only $650, please PM me if you want his info!

@LittleMissKy:  I went to a wedding at goggleworks and it’s a very cool space. But you have to bring in EVERYTHING. As in, there isn’t an oven, there aren’t glasses, etc. It adds up very fast. The wedding I went to there was well over $50k because all of the rentals involved.

I remember Pantaigis Renaissance being pretty low in price, and there are like 10 rooms to choose from…

@LittleMissKy:  Great!  Good luck!  Let me know what you go with!  We didn’t pick Pantaigis, but it was one of the 15 we saw.
