Here are some neat ideas:

1. Use soft pink candles or ribbon, if you don’t like the brown.  Maybe put a little bird on each centerpiece.

2. I love the idea of a rustic window for the seating chart.

3. Buy bottles at antique malls and put twigs in them.  Make flowers that are pale pink to wrap around the stems.

@vicozzie:  Do what your little heart desires!  Don’t worry about satisfying everyone else or the planning process will become really difficult.  Good Luck, girl!

I too am getting married at a golf course. I don’t have good centerpiece ideas, but I think I have a good aisle idea. I’m using the golf range ball buckets (usually green) and hanging them by ribbon on the aisle chairs. The buckets will be filled with either roses or a mix of roses and golf balls. I wish I could find a picture of it for you! I did see a picture from a “golf” wedding where they used the range buckets to hold the pile of programs as guests entered the ceremony space. Good luck!

These are my ‘rustic’ centerpiece insirations. I think they go with your color scheme too!
