So right off the bat I knew my colors would be Purple (dark/african violet/plum) and Turquoise with pops of black/silver/or lime green.
like this
But I’ve been really into mason jars and having a more southern/rustic feel.
But I feel like it clashes with the colors I chose..What do you think? Would it work with these colors or should I go a different route? I have a long time to figure it out just wanting some opinions. I’m also feeling a little limited with flowers and colors with my choises.
I’m wanting to go more girly but keeping it young and not super super traditional.
This is what i’m liking with the mason jars. And I’m serving sweet tea so I thought i’d serve it in them also like we drink.
Any opinions/ideas/etc would be awesome.

I think it depends on how much purple/turqouise you’ll be going with. I am having a hard time trying to visualize how you would incorporate the mason jars with the colour inspiration board you have.
Are you wanting to hang them like lanterns, or are you going to use the mason jars as centerpieces?
what flowers will you be using? Will you be using them in the jars?
If using them as centerpieces they might ‘stand out’ more if your main table cover was white with a table runner in either the purple or turqouise, or if you had individual pieces of fabric in an accent colour under each individual jar, on top of a plain white table linen..
If I were you I would get a few mason jars from a second hand store/craiglist or even borrow some, find some ‘test fabric’ in the colours you want and play around with it a little to try and see if you can work out something you like. Mock ups and trial runs always help me grasp the idea better.

Beautiful colors! If you want mason jars, then include them. They aren’t only for certain colors, just as the colors you chose are not only for certain themes. You could find ribbon in your colors at a local fabric/craft store to wrap around the lip of the jars and tie in a pretty bow to make everything look coordinated.
