The only way I can think of for replicating these yourself would be with paper and a die-cutting machine like a Cricut or similar. Not that cost-effective or fire friendly, I’m afraid.

I wanted something like that and can not have an open flame at my ceremony so I made these really unique lanterns out of the LARGE paper doilies and used the flicker lights. Maybe that might be an alternative..

Hope it helps

Do you have any friends with a Cricut?  That would totally cut those out.

Maybe you can buy gray lace and do this? It looks like the nearest I can see you coming to it.

You can get perforated aluminum sheets at home depot that are used to build radiator covers. This material is easy to cut and bend into circles for lanterns.

This is just an example of the designs they have

Description: The MD Building Products 24 in. x 12 in. Black Union Jack-Style Perforated Aluminum Sheet is easy to cut, form and fabricate. Featuring a perforated design, the sheet is crafted with aluminum for strength and can be used indoors and outdoors.

Most things i’ve seen like that use the radiator metal or a soft metal where a template was traced and etched out.

Good luck!!
