outdoorbee:  Ah I love that dress! And your accessories are all gorgeous! I would go with a relatively plain single tier fingertip veil as you don’t want to cover up that lovely back detailingg. As for online sellers, I haven’t ordered a veil yet but Etsy has lots of reasonably priced options! I’m not sure where you’re based, but if it’s in the UK there is a website called Britten that do lots of lovely veils.

I think fingertip one will be nice! But you can look through this shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/VeilsofArt And get a professional advice. There designer will make a veil in accordance with your dress and all accessorises.

Your dress is stunning!!! I’m going to be the oddball. I say go for cathedral length! As long as it’s a very simple sheer (1 tier) one it shouldn’t take away from the dress. I think it would really add to the elegance that you already have going on. Plus- it’s the only time in your life to wear something so silly and to feel bridal! I feel like shorter veils typically cut you in half and could break you up when looking at the back and might be distracting from how pretty it is.

I didn’t want to cover the back of mine either. I ended up making a waltz length super narrow veil and added crystals to it. I sort of modelled it after the BHLDN veil below. If you aren’t embellishing it, which you don’t need to since your dress is beaded, it would be so easy to make yourself!

Omg no way can you cover up the back of that gorgeous dress with a huge veil!  I’d do a long, one length, one layer veil or the wedding ONLY if you must.  While you’re getting married no one will see the back if you go heavier!

Have you considered a soft birdcage?  Or just the crown?  Or even a veil that covers your face but your father takes completely off when he presents you?

Great choice! Very similar to mine haha. Have you moved yet? I was thinking about you awhile ago having to make such a big move with wedding stuff.
