Hi, I am trying to think of some flowers that would work good with my color scheme. My men will be in dark gray tux’s and my brides maids are going to be in a light yellow..although its called canary from DB..
I would have liked sunflowers for myself but the girls cant carry them with yellow dresses…So, I was thinking pink hydrangeas for myself with some of those yellow ball things(not sure the real term) and then for my girls, white hydrangeas with maybe a pink daisy in it or something?
Anyone with a yellow color scheme able to help me out?! Picture would be WONDERFUL!!

I was in a wedding with a purple and yellow color scheme:
For our wedding we had boat loads of pink, white, purple and green hydrangeas but no yellow. Let me know if you want pictures of that.

@Treejewel19: Yes, Id love pictures of that! Im not a big fan of purple :/
@stargurl101: The ladies are wearing yellow bridesmaid dresses…So I had thought about having a pink hydrangea boquet for me, and then have them have off white ones with maybe a pink rose or daisy in it…but I just cant imagine how that will look,
I cant decide if me with pink is going to be too much since they are wearing yellow ? or if it will look fine

@bridetobe1: I ran across these and think they are just gorgeous!
If you are looking to add color maybe something like this:

Yeah, that canary color at DB is more beigy yellow than a really good canary yellow. Their sunbeam color is a lot better but more limited in styles.
I’m having my girls in shades of yellow and their bouquets will be mostly ivory (I’m making flowers out of book paper) possibly with pops of orange and yellow.

Here is my friend’s DIY bouquet using roses and carnations (in her trial she initially used hydrangeas, so could still get a similar look with them) and billy balls (those are the names of the yellow round things.)
