Instead of having a a bottle of red and white on each table for toasting, or venue recommended we have wine cards at each table. One for a bottle of red, one for white. That way, less wine is wasted. If the table only wants red, they can turn the card in to their wait staff and a bottle of white isn’t wasted by sitting open for no one to drink. I’m a little stuck on what to put on the cards, or how to displathe on on each table. Any ideas anyone?
