- Wedding: October 2011
So my wedding venue is a larger country club that will be holding approximately 65 guests for my party. We’re having stations to promote mingling.
The room is L shaped. In the little part of the L is the main bar and cocktail area. There’s a sliding wall that will separate the little L section from the big L section. It will open and remain open when dinner is served.
Some stations will be in the big L, some stations in the little part of the L. I’d like to create menus so folks don’t miss any and make sure they get to try a little of everything.
We’re having four stations: “Taste of fall” carving station, pasta station (where a chef will combine your pasta, sauce and toppings and sort of “stir fry” them), a mashed potato bar and a panini/soup station.
Here’s what’s included in each:
Roast Pork stuffed w/ sausage & apples
Top Round of Beef
Rolls & Butter
2 Pasta shapes
Tomato Sauce, Alfredo & White Wine Sauce
Chicken, Shrimp, Fresh Veggies, peppers onions etc.
PANINI & SOUP
Soup: Mushroom-broth based
Tomato,Basil & Mozzarella
Any thoughts on how to make this sound elegant and informative?
