(Closed) Need help wording a menu for stations

We are having stations as well.  I do think it is necessary to have menu cards so that the guests know what to look for.  I would likes them just as you did but elaborate a little with the wording like

Farfalle or alfredo pasta served with…

a spicy, marinera sauce with basil and tarragon

or a

white wine alfredo sauce with garlic and parmesan

But worded better than I did. LOL

It depends on the actual ingredients so something like

Roast Pork stuffed w/ savory stuffing of sausage & apples

Top Round of Beef encrusted with fresh cracked pepper

Fall Inspired Pumpkin Risotto with brown butter and parmesean 

Steamed Grean Beans 

Fresh baked Rolls & country churned Butter
