Did you make that big blue flower yourself?

Anyway, with that big blue flower, I would put it in a simple bud vase.  I think it would look more modern that way.  IMO, it looks alittle awkward right now in that big vase.  But the rest of it you did a great job on.

I think both arrangements look great. I like them for different reasons. The blue flowers are more the size one would expect. The ivory colored ones are a more natural color but seem a bit large for the size of the branch.

I think they’re both lovely & the addition of hanging crystal would be a nice touch for both. Are you doing candles or something around the base? I always think small candles scattered around the base helps balance out the height.

The only thing I’m not wild about are the flowers inside the bottom of the pots. I personally think it would look better with some moss or something textured that is not silk flower petals. I’m sure you could find something in your colors or spraypaint something you find at the craft store if you’re set on having that color at the base of the branches. (Actually, now that i look again, the blue ones look okay at the base, but the cream ones look kind of “off” texture wise…maybe if you found smaller petals that match in that shade?)

@Chimp:  I saw the how to on pinterest and that is the first one that I have seen, it looks amazing and just like the tutorial.  Great job!  I think those would be very interesting for the BMs, something that I have not seen before.

Are your colors blue and green? If so I think you can alternate tables with each color. Adding a few hanging crystals will def add a nice detail. I love them!

I like the size of the flowers on the second, but only if you were leaving it as is. But since you are adding crystals then the blue flowers are a better scale.

Those look really really good! I even like the giant blue flower. Would fit my whimsical/enchanted forest wedding!!
