I’m trying to figure out appetizers for 15-20 people.
I won’t be able to do any prep on the day of, but could do stuff the night before.
On the day of, I’ll be going home, grabbing the food, and then transporting it to the event location.
The location has no heating/refrigeration – so, it will have to be ‘ready to go’, room-temperature type foods.
So far, I’m thinking
-Cheese/cracker/salami platter (with grapes/strawberries)
-Hummus/pita triangles/baby carrots (for dipping)
I’d like to do a couple more, but am totally blanking. I’m not crazy about the pre-packaged veggie trays at the store – nor do I really want to cut/assemble any other veggies.
At the event, people will be moving around, so it’s more for quick bites, easy to put on a small plate – but nothing super messy).
