We have a very small budget & we are trying to do as much as we can DIY. We did our centerpieces already, They have silver branches, a blue flower in the middle candles on the branches and the blue rocks in the bottom of the vase with a couple pine cones as well.
We are trying to figure out the rest! We were thinking of usig pine cones as the place card holders with fake snow on them.
Any ideas would be amazingly helpful! Our colors are navy blue, silver & white (but we may add more shades of blue if needed)

I love your theme and the color combination!
I would probably use tons of candles or votives. I made those for christmas, they are cheap Ikea glasses covered with fake snow and then sprayed with snowspray.
And you could offer a Hot Chocolate bar, something like this:

Sparkly Or Glittery Table Overlays
We did a Hot Cocoa and Coffee with flavored Liqueours and goodies.
I made our favors look like mini presents
my mom wore a little faux fur shawl for her dress. loved that.

You could repeat the branch theme by getting large branches(prunings) spray painting them white and potting them up to look like trees. You could add ice crystals or not as you choose. They can be placed in the corners, by the bar, or used to create an entrance aisle.
or you could look on craigslist or thrift stores for free or very inexpensive Christmas trees, spary paint then white or use make it snow.

Those are some great ideas!!!
Here’s our center pieces. The buckets on them have LED candles inside. There is a diamond ring in the middle of the blue flower (the favor ones) and paper snowflakes cut out on the mirror as confetti.
What do we think?

If you ladies would not mind going to my venues website: http://www.castlemcculloch.com/
And take a look at the great hall for the ceremony & the crystal garden for the reception, maybe it will spark more ideas of things I can do with the space.
The Crystal garden can hold 300 at most we will have 100. I want to find things to fill the space up. Any ideas?
We are going to have at least 12 kids under the age of 12 and probably more.
I was thinking of possibly doing a kids corner area have coloring books, crayons & possibly a t.v. with some movies to keep them occupied through out the night. What do we think?
