it can be very difficult find pretty bridesmaids dresses with sleeves! i know because i tried to find some for my girls, but i couldn’t find any in my price point. one of my girls can’t wear strapless bras either, so i tried to find something she could be comfortable in.

have you checked aria bridal? they have a lot of classic styles that could work for any age. and you can mix and match; they have different skirts/lengths to choose from so you can really customize the dress. if they had been a little lower in price i would have gotten my girls’ dresses there.

how about this one from aria? http://www.ariadress.com/Desciptions/Desc173KA.htm it can be made in full-length a-line.

i second looking at aria, their dresses are almost completely customizable. prices are a bit high, but they’re worth checking out.

Depending on your price point, I have a few suggestions.  I, too, had great difficulty choosing my bridesmaid dresses because for one, I have 7 bridesmaids… for two, they are very different body shapes and sizes… from teeny tiny skinny and short, to plus sized with a large bust, to over 6 feet tall!

Anyway, we loved Bill Levkoff’s dresses, but they are a little pricier than Davids Bridal or Alfred Angelo.  This one in particular looked very elegant and classy, not at all like a prom dress… http://www.billlevkoff.com/style/bridesmaid-dress/679

Other options:

-When shopping, look for “mother of the bride” dresses – it’s more likely to have what she’s wanting.

-Look for built in bras. I have large boobs – I know how it is not to be able to wear anything strapless/etc, but some built in bras support me just fine(VS tops/dresses) with halter tops/small straps/etc.

-Wear a strapless dress and wear a jacket/cardigan/bolero/shawl over it.

-Wear a skirt and a shirt.

-Compromise on the length – there would be a lot more options if she’s willing to with a tea length or knee-length dress.
