You could re-seal them in a water bath like they home can other things, but that means buying canning cans and lids that will seal. But the smallest of those is like 4 oz usually. Despite what some may say, research shows that reusing commercial jars is just not really safe or wise. 

ETA: Actually it does appear there are places online that sell teenie little jars, that appear to have sealing lids that would work. You need the kind that heat up and vacuum seal to the jar (so the kind that when you open the top of the lid pops out) or it isn’t going to last out of the fridge.
