I basically have to eat little things ALL the time to keep the nausea at bay. At the same time I dont really fancy any foods at all right now, and even at the best of times I get tired of eating the same things over and over again.
So, I need more ideas for snacks to keep me going. Any suggestions? What are your go-to-snacks during pregnancy with m/s?
So far Im usually doing:- Yoghurts- Crackers and cheese- Fruit- Veg like cut up carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber…- Nuts, seeds, raisin mix- Rolled Oats, chewing dry or as porridge- Chocolates – Frozen yoghurts/ice cream
…but Im so over it, I need new ideas.I wish I could just eat a square meal and not eat again for 4 hours *sigh*
