Hmm – not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but I’m having bra cups sewn into my dress and it never occured to me that they would slip out. I duobt the seamstress will leave wiggle room for it to potentially fall out.

I sewed in push up bra cups into my dress and that fixed it right up. If they are sewn in there is no way for them to fall out, so no one would know. I think if you don’t want to wear something like that then if you get a bra or bustier to wear with the dress and it’s a push up then I think it will all work out.

Want to borrow some of mine? I can’t find a dress that fits my top. I wear a twelve, but I need like a 16 for my boobies…….
Can you have it taken in at all without it looking like it was altered too muc?

Mine is being altered. I was going to have cups sewn in, but the seamstress doesnt think it will be necessary. Good luck!

Try a bustier… they squeeze the tummy so much it all spills out up top!!! lol
Also, not sure about how it would look with ur particular dress but a trick I learned when I bartended (we had to wear some tank tops that I didn’t quite fill out) double bra it! Get a great strapless that has the water/gel fillers in it.. also get it a size smaller than u would normally wear so that its tight and pushes up more than normal.. wear that under a strapless bustier thing or just under another strapless bra in your normal size. It always gave me perfect cleavage and filled out my tank.
Another option would be those fake implants that you just stick in your bra.
Good luck!
