I have found another inspiration of bouquet for what possibly might end up my bouquet. I do love the different purple shades it has and the mix of the flowers that are used in the bouquet. However, I have been on the edge trying to decide if I should go for the boring cream bouquet for me or go with something colorful.
I would like some opinions on this bouquet and if it goes with my wedding theme and dress. My wedding will be semi-formal and at a very elegant banquet place with big chandeliers and I am going for a fomal yet modern look.
Here is my dress
and the bouquet I am thinking about:
Here is my bridesmaids dress COLOR, the style is a one shoulder style.
My idea for bridesmaids bouquet , cream roses
My questions are :
should I add purple in their bouquet mixed in with the cream roses or should I keep it all cream. Also what color of bouquet handle ribbon should be for my bouquet and their bouquets?
Also , should my bouquet be roses as well or it can be made from different flowers?

I think it is really a matter of personal choice, our wedding colors are lavender and white but I asked the florist that my bouquet would be only white (centerpieces would have both colors). I am not having BM’s so I can’t comment on that but if you go only cream I would assume purple and cream for them would be a nice contrast.
Good luck choosing!

@Ka393: oh and I voted wrong on the poll, I thought you were asking about your flowers not the BM’s so I voted all cream by mistake- you can disregard my vote if it matters and change it to the other option 🙂

i had a multi-color bouquet and my bms bouquets were all white, and i thought it looked really modern, and the flowers really stood out against their dresses

Hello dress twin! 🙂 I’m not sure if this will be helpful or not to you, but I just had my consultation for flowers on Saturday and we’re wearing the same dress, so I had to respond! 🙂
Getting married on 10/8 and my color is also purple, albeit much darker “grape” by Alfred Angelo.
I’m having two bridesmaids and me (smaller party) and I am going to be carrying a larger/more elaborate version of a similar bouquet. I was debating about color/white for me or the girls, and I was told that the only time they recommend going with colored for the bride is if there is a small party, otherwise it doesn’t stand out enough.
Here are some shots of the bouquet…one by itself and one against the grape Bridesmaid or Best Man dress. (They even gave me a sample bouquet to take home! Squee!)
