I don’t think they are bad quality at all!  It’s not your typical print, it’s almost like it’s a marketing printing job.  I’ve gotten a few save the dates and invitations from brides who used them and the images were very crisp and paper was smooth.  I liked them.  They do not, however, give you the "homemade" feel if it matters to you at all.

I am a WPD customer and I absolutely love my invites. I bought the Fallen Petals collection in black. When I sent out my Save-The-Date Cards I received compliments on how crisp looking the invite looked especially since it was a black background on white cardstock paper.

I should note that not only the quality is great but they have a very fast turnaround. Your proof is sent to you within 24 hours and they are shipped almost immediately after the approval. I received my 125 Save-The-Date Cards in 2 business days or so and just about the same for the invites and RSVPs. I have not spoken with their customer service but my best friend did and raved about them.

My suggestion is to order a sample and see the quality for yourself.

PS: they also tend to have some great deals making the whole process less expensive.

I ordered my invites from WPD and LOVEEEE them!!  The paper quality is fantastic, the print is great, and as the 2 lovely ladies said above, the paper and print are very crisp.  Their customer service team is excellent to work with and very quick on teh turnaround time.  I got a GREAT deal on them, and if you enter the code "WEDBEE" at checkout you get 10% off your total order!!

One thing to look for though…I didnt catch this until mine came in (mistake number 1)  My RSVP cards only say "the favour of oyur response is requested by XX August 2009" then there is a line for the name and number in party.  IT DOESNT SAY anything about "regretfully declines" so now those that cant come, I dont know what theyre going to do.   Just check that 🙂

good luck!

I ordered my save-the-dates from them; I requested a few revisions to get it exactly as I wanted – then they sent me the original proof, not the revised.  But – I contacted them immediately, they corrected it, and overnighted it at no expense to me.  In the end, I got exactly what I wanted – I love my save-the-dates.  I also ordered my friend’s shower invitations through them – and lurve them too!  Definitely order some samples.  Since you’re not obsessed with invitations, but still want something cute and of decent quality, I think they would be a great vendor for you.
