The wife of one of DH’s bosses is having a bunch of us over for a casual pizza party. There will likely be about 5-10 adults and anywhere from 5-20 kids. (yeah, a couple of the wives have 4+ kids) The host is asking us all to bring a dish. I have no problem with this as I love cooking and making items. I just have no clue what to make!
I need recipe ideas, ladies! My only guidelines are…
1. No nuts or eggs (allergy reasons)
2. healthy, most of us are trying to lose weight and eat better
3. Kid and adult friendly
Well, any ideas?

I have a great recipe for a light version of artichoke dip that gets gobbled up…..it’s usually my go-to for parties:
Artichoke Dip (this is enough for about 20 people)
1.5 C Greek yogurt 0% fat
1C light mayo
¾ C parm. Cheese
4oz lowfat cream cheese
Juice of one lemon
1t finely chopped garlic
24 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
Combine thru garlic. Add artichoke hearts. Bake at 350 for ½ -3/4
hour till thoroughly heated, bubbling somewhat and a little brown on
top. I usually pair it with veggies or triscuits.
