I read a post awhile ago where someone mentioned registering for a towel warmer stand…. I told my Fiance about it and he was like “We HAVE to register for that!”  We registered for one at BB&B, but maybe Macy’s has one as well?  That’s the only unusual thing I can think of on ours 🙂

All our unusual items are on our online registry!

Things on our macys Registry that might be unusual?

Espresso Maker?

Pressure Cooker?

Collapsible Salad Spinner?

KitchenAid Pasta Roller attachment?

Coffee Grinder?

Dual Blender/Food Processor??

Lucky you that things are being purchased left and right!!!

You can never go wrong with an assortment of decorative serving bowls and platters.  Vases?  Ice cream maker?  Extra sheets?  What a fun perdicament to be in 🙂

Oh! And my favorite frivolous item on our Macys Registry are Villeroy & Boch Espresso/Cappucinno mugs and dessert plates from the Wave collection. Kinda expensive but soooo cool!!!

P.S. I love THIS list of suggestions from Real Simple.

We use air mattresses allll the time when people stay over!  That’s a good idea!

We also registered for a new shower head, electric wine opener, and clothing steamer… those are borderline unusual I suppose. 🙂

@ blueshoes,

Which garment steamer did you register for? I want one but don’t know which one to get. Thanks!

If you are open to opening another registry, we registered at Target for quite a few of our unusual items: a flip video camera, board games, camping gear, electronic games, SD cards. Some other unsusual items we added: a clothes steamer, a gaming tower (to organize our Wii games/system), a roomba vaccum, luggage. Good luck!

May I suggest starting a registry at Bed, Bath & Beyond? I was skeptical about it at first myself, but they have a lot of little things that you can’t register for at other places but you’ll still need (how about a steam cleaner for your floor? Oh wait someone already mentioned that :D) and they have a lot of brick & mortar stores as well as an online shop.

Let’s see…my registry ideas:

Water Carbonator

Luggage (also, carry on bags)

a really cool looking molcajete

beverage warmer?

towel warmer
