I ordered from quality shells and well continue to order from them for my wedding stuff.  I’m doing escort cards with sandollars and box invitations with starfish.  They were delivered in less than a week and none were broken.  I also priced it on usshell.com, they looked cheaper per peice but then when you checkout’ed the shipping was outrageous!  So I’m sticking with qualityshells.com

I can give a recommendation for qualityshells.com. I bought my starfish and mini shells from there when I made my STD cards. They were amazing. Quick shipping and I got very few that were broken.

Looking to get bigger starfish…once wedding comes closer.

If you haven’t already gotten them, try orientaltrading.com

Also check e-Bay.  I ordered starfish from a seller on e-Bay that were less expensive than anywhere else online and the shipping was really fast.

I did sand dollar place cards and used starfish in my wedding reception. I got them online on ebay. it was a better deal for me than using other online sources (although I’m from Canada, so maybe it wouldn’t be the same for you).
