My fiance went to a wedding last year in Ireland for a couple who lives in London. He was a groomsman, and not making any money at the time, so they were very gracious & did not expect anything of him but paying for his flight (which was just about all he could afford).
Now, they have a daughter who is a few months old, and he would like to send a gift (congratulating them for the birth of their daughter and/or as a belated wedding gift). I suggested maybe a gift certificate for a restaurant, or a store where they can buy baby items. The problem is, I’ve never been to London, and have no idea where to begin to make a purchase like this!
So, any advice? An online store that would ship them something? A store or restaurant with an online gift card ordering system where I could send them a certificate? Or maybe there are places where people usually register that I can look to see if she has a registry?
