@MadameTussaud:  What did you try cleaning them with? Regular jewelry cleaner won’t do it on cheap metal, but have you tried Tarn-X? It spells like crap but it’s really strong I have use it on stuff that was crazy tarnished and it came out looking brand new!

Can you contact the Etsy seller for a refund or exchange?  That stinks about your jewelry!  I’m sorry.  Your dress is gorgeous though!!

@MsAmandaAnn:  This. But instead of asking straight out for a refund, tell her you bought them months ago for your upcoming wedding, and you have noticed that they have tarnished. Ask her if she has any cleaning tips for it. She can either come back with a trick to clean them, or offer a new set.

def get some Tarn-X or those polishing cloths that remove tarnish.

Have you checked Bed Bath and Beyond?  They have all sorts of stuff like that
