(Closed) Need some help with a pdf file

Ah, I see what they did.

– Open your downloaded PDF in Acrobat.

– Up on the top right, click Tools > Forms

– Under Forms, click Edit 

– Scroll down to the Employment section. See where the numbers repeat? That’s why it’s doing that. Click on one of the repeated numbers and hit Delete. Delete all of the repeated numbers.

– Under forms click Close Form Editing

– Go back and type in those fields–it should not autofill anymore

Mmm, what is it opening in? Up in the very top bar it’ll say the file name and then the version. I’m doing this in Acrobat Pro.

Okay, that’s probably your issue then; I don’t think you can edit PDFs in just Reader. PM me your email address, I’ll send you the edited file. There were tons of repeated fields. :

@Chrysoberyl:  I fixed it already–I just downloaded it and deleted the repeat fields.
