If you feel not confident, you can always wear a little sweater or something to cover your arms in pictures. But I personally think you look great. With hair done and veil you won’t even think about it πŸ™‚

Honestly, I don’t think they look bad at all…you’re rocking that dress!! However I know how sometimes our own thoughts don’t match up with what other people see so if you’re still down about it, just make sure you incorporate some weight training for your bis and tris to the exercise you’re already doing to help tone them up and give them some shape (don’t worry, you WON’T get bulky!!). You look great as you are though.

Ugh, I know EXACTLY how you are feeling. πŸ˜› but I agree with what you said earlier – we’re basically our own worst critics, and we tend to focus on our insecurities rather than our good points. Girl, LOOK at your WAIST in that dress! And with all that beautiful beading, no one is going to be looking at your arms. πŸ™‚ Just remember that every bride is beautiful and everyone will be so focused on how happy you are that they will forget you even HAVE arms. πŸ™‚

Your dress is extremely flattering and accentuates your lovely curves. I don’t think you have anything to be worried about–you look gorgeous!

I think you look lovely πŸ™‚

I completely get being your own critic and wanting to look your best so if you are concerned buy a kettle bell off amazon… I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/Ader-Vinyl-Kettlebell–Lbs-Blue/dp/B0083BX2DA/ref=sr_1_5?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1427251040&sr=1-5&keywords=kettlebell+15lbs but any kettlebell will do the trick…and use it when ever you are mindlessly doing nothing like watching tv.

I sit on the floor and just lift it various ways (behind my back, with 2 hands, on the side, ect) while I’m watching tv and suddenly 30 or 60 mins have gone by and I have been doing lifts the whole time, it isn’t very strenous so you don’t learn to hate it or get too sweaty but you can definitely feel it the next day usually. Just a tip I like, take it or leave it πŸ™‚

I notice my arms in EVERYTHING. No matter what my weight is my arms look disproportionately huge to me. I think you look fine, but I also feel your pain. BHLDN has some really nice boleros and such, I plan on buying one no matter what my weight is.

debcon15:  Trust me.  I’m a size 16/18.  The person who is going to notice your arms is you.
