    I would be worried that the stick on rhinestones would fall off. I think the crystal beads will look best, even if they will take longer to put on. 🙂

    What kind of veil is it? If it is regular tulle then I would use beads, but if its russian tulle [the one often used for bird cage veils] then you can use the flat back crystals but you need to use a strong glue. My bird cage veil had swarovski crystals on it when I bought it and they are flat back and are very secure

    Use beads for sure. You should do them randomly thoughout the veil to make it sparkle. Rhinestones may fall off or twist around, and you might be able to see the glue.

    If you use the Hotfix gems with the Hotfix tool, you won’t see any glue. I used them on my veil, but we did beads too!

    Here’s my veil!! It had some holes in it, so we had to string the beads together in threes so that it could cover up the two big ones =( but it did the job and you would never know! I wish we took before pictures, though!
