Our caterer is letting us use several items free of charge, some which are items/vases for our centerpieces. Fiance loves one vase a lot, and I’m trying to think of some things we could do with it. We are doing 2 types of centerpieces. In the other we have water storing beads in a slim vase with a lampshade on top. So I was thinking I would put some water storing beads in this vase maybe. I was also thinking of making a pomander to put on top.
What would you do with this vase if you had it?
It probably won’t be on that clear blocks if we use it for the wedding.

Depending how wide/deep they are, you could put pillar candles in them.

I was thinking that too. Thanks for the suggestion.

You could fill them with water and submerge flowers in them.
You could fill them with different colored rocks or sand or shells or bright ornaments.
Or of course you could use them as vases.

I personally love that fresh-cut flower look in vases as a centerpiece. I’m not sure what your budget is…if you aren’t using flowers then yes, I think pillar candles will look sweet.

I love that idea of using lamp shades. I’d go for flowers in the other vase for sure.

Not sure how well this would work with your other decor but I love the look of apples, lemons, or limes in vases.

Flip it over. Something like this would be unexpected & it would add height. Got this pic from someone else who posted it on weddingbee.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies!
@sailor: I like fruit in centerpieces too, but it doesn’t fit our theme. I would use it if I could.
