OOoo, I wonder the same thing.  Have you been to Underground Kitchen yet?  In my mind, that would be the kind of place I would want to have a Rehearsal Dinner, but I haven’t actually been there.  I also thought about Harvest (I guess they have a room upstairs) but it is $$$, plus the lady never emailed me back :/  Do you like The Orpheum?

Reviving an older thread … we are having ours at Brocach on the Square. There is no room fee for reserving the upstairs, and their catering menu is pretty flexible – you can order off the regular menu if it’s a smaller party, or do a spread of heavy hors d’oeuvres, etc. for a bigger get-together. We have a ton of out-of-towners coming in, yet I don’t want my Future Father-In-Law to be on the hook for paying for scads of my relatives (my family is much bigger than FI’s). Brocach offers a nice solution: we’ll be having the actual dinner with mainly just the wedding party, but then inviting more widely among the out-of-town guests to come down and join us for a pint and some appetizers afterward. Very happy with this compromise, and looking forward to it – their food is really good!

I’d also love to comment for future brides visiting the thread.  Great Dane (East or Dt) is an awesome spot and Brickhouse BBQ is a fun spot (with great views) too!
