I’ve decided to make wrap around labels for my STD envelopes. I did a test run tonight where I printed one label and then placed it on the envelope. It was WAY crooked.
I’m using full sheet labels and then cutting them into 5 wrap around labels.
Do you have any tips on how to keep it straight when placing it on the envelope? Is there a “magic” trick or do I just have to be super careful and do it correctly?

I would just lay a plastic ruler on the bottom, that way it will not stick to the ruler and would be straight, and about an inch up is perfect and usually rulers are roughly an inch.

if the flap on the envelope is straight start the label on the back so its straight with the flap.when you get to the edge of the envelope fold it with the crease of the envelope and it will be straight. i did all mine this was and i xyroned all of them so it was a one shot deal lol

Thanks for the tips! I thought about using a ruler too. I’ll try that. And I may start with the return address part instead of the front.
This is a good test run because I planned on using wrap around labels for our invites too. If it doesn’t work out well, then I’ll know and can plan to do something else.
