My vote is keto with IF as well! I’m usually keto anyway, but I cut out alcohol and go super strict on carbs (<20g net) right before a big event. I call it my “photoshoot diet” because I want to look good in photos!

HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio does it for me! This would be like sprint intervals. It really kicks up the metabolism and blasts fat better than any other type of cardio. I would also suggest cutting out dairy and any added sugars. And up your water intake. Good luck!

Super low-carb diet, lots of water, and a good mix of cardio & strength training. I also agree with PPs who suggested MyFitnessPal, I use it to track my calories and all of my macros.

Snake diet! Forewarning, it’s a fasting based diet. Google it, do your research, and know that its not the right choice for everyone but it DOES work! I lost 10 pounds in 10 days doing alternate day fasting (the same 10 pounds I’ve struggled and killed myself in the gym trying to lose for 3 months!) You will gain it all back if you quit but it’s easy to start again! I’m planning on doing a longer fast when I get back from my honeymoon 🙂 (I’ll need it lol)

Dr.Tobias 14 day cleanse…you can buy it on amazon. It will help lose any bloat you may have as well as a couple pounds. Combine this with a detox tea like Bae Tea, plenty of water, exercise everyday, and eat relatively healthy and you should be good!

I agree with intermittent fasting. Also add some cardio to your week- cycling and dancing is fun and you shed the lbs fast.
