My fiance has asked me to marry him numerous times…I always say yes, but never pick a date. i do not want to get married feeling the way I do. I want to feel beautiful on this day. I have no motivation, I dont know whats wrong with me. How can I get motvated to get up and do it?? Please help

@Britt504: Aww 🙁 it was hard for me too.
I didn’t give myself much time to get the job done, but I lost about 18lbs in 4 months. I used a meal replacement shake & tried to eat less. I never worked out.

The hardest part is starting. Once you see results you’ll feel so good. I struggle too but I know I feel so much better and healthier when I work out and eat better. I have more engergy and I sleep better which means less stress!
Just a few days and you’ll be hooked!

when starting out, try not to do it alone (eg get a trainer, workout buddy, or even a group exercise class)

I have alwaya had a poor body image. I know on my wedding day I will be beautiful and so will you! just be happy your guy loves you the way you are! but if you are really dead set on it
start out slow
switch out soda for water
eat smaller meals

Exercise classes for the win. I could never run on a treadmill or swim laps by myself – no motivation – but when I have the instructor up front telling me what to do I work hard. Also, lots of healthy food. I find tracking everything I do helps.
