No carbs, limited sugar, clean foods. 6 small meals a day, no soda or sugary drinks like juice or cofee (unless it’s black), water water water.

I feel like i’m on repeat with this, but … Weight Watchers.  Doesnt matter how much you have to lose or how fit you already are – this program will help you reach your goal.

 

If you’re looking for fast/crash results that might not stick around, do what KatyElle said (not trying to downplay it – we’ve all been there with wanting to lose weight fast, but chances are good you won’t stick with it forever), avoid white foods (except milk and egg whites… flour, sugar, cream sauces, etc) and up the cardio at the gym.

Pre wedding yes, long term eh probably not. But I have lost 10 pounds in about a month doing this, just combined with taking brisk walks. I wasn’t starving myself, I just wasn’t eating any crappy food. I went through about a week of sugar and caffeine withdrawal and it wasn’t a long term plan, but it worked. Eating little meals throughout the day (plain oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt for a mid-morning snack, salad with light oil, vinegar and grilled chicken for lunch, etc.) and eating a half apple before bed kept me from waking up hungry.

Since you have such a small amount to lose, just cut the carbs!
