Our ceremony is at an outdoor park in a gazebo. I realized a few weeks ago that since the bridal party will be arriving right on time, there probably won’t be any parking left up close. I don’t want to walk a million miles to my own wedding and don’t want to make my bridesmaids do it either! 🙂
Therefore I thought I should make something to reserve 3 spots in front.
I bought white balloons and those sticks to hold them. I don’t konw if I should just make a box filled with some rocks to weigh it down, put a sign on the front that says “reserved for the bride” and stick a few balloons in it?
Or does anyone have a better idea???
(PS. We originally planned to have a bus drive us all but it’s not in our budget 🙁 So we will drive ourselves. Technically my dad is driving me, my flower girl, and ring bearers.)

I think the balloons are a great idea. It’s great you thought of this because I was a bridesmaid in a wedding where we had to drive ourselves and there was no parking close to the ceremony site when we arrived. It was stressful and we had to hurry so the bride wouldn’t have to wait!

I think it would be cute to do a takeoff on normal city “no parking signs”.
You could do two like this, to place at either end of the 3 reserved spots, change the arrows to point only to the center on each sign, change the name and do the figure to look like a bride in a long white dress.
You can attach it to a post that could be driven into the ground or placed in a bucket or barrel full of rocks. You can still attach the balloons.
