Hi! I’ve recently started looking for an engagement ring for my Girlfriend. She is the one, and I know it. I’ve done my research online, I’ve gone to a few jewelers to get an idea of what kind of ring I want, and I’ve even trolled this website for the past week looking at members’ engagement rings!
I’m looking for a diamond solitaire on a white gold band (maybe platinum), and in the range of 0.70 – 1.00ct. Still undecided on whether I should go with a princess, or brilliant round cut, but I am leaning toward the round cut.
Anyway, I’m wasting time talking! If you’ve got a diamond solitaire engagement ring (round or princess cut) of about 0.70 -1.00ct, and a size 3.5 – 5 finger, please share a picture for me to see!

slightly off your requirements – I’m a UK “L” size and this is a .3 carat on a platinum band. The total weight is 5g if that helps

I’m not a true solitaire but I had a hard time finding any diamonds of mine’s weight on my finger size so I’ll post anyways. .855 ideal cut on a size 4 (sized 4.5 because of my knuckle)

I have fat fingers (size 9!) but my diamond is just a tiny bit over a carat, round brilliant solitaire in a setting I designed (yellow gold band, Pt heat).
