Hang on, did you get some kind of discount for it? Because if you “got what you paid for” you would have gotten the cake that you ordered. Im pretty sure you are entitled to a refund? Consumer law in Australia states that you are able to get a refund if the item you paid for does not match what you received. Plain and simple. Go and wave that in her face, I know they hate it when customer wave consumer law in their faces lol

haha, she legally has to give you your money back. No shit. Dont leave it any longer or it might become a bit redundant. Go quickly and be one of those god awful customers that states their rights because those guys are always the ones that come out with something. Its the understanding, patient ones that get nothing. There is a time and place for patience and now is not it… Tongue Out

wow. just went to the cake shop’s website. i gotta say this… don’t go with someone who’s website looks cheap. if they are willing to go cheap on their own website (the first impression for someone searching online) by not hiring a professional web designer, then they are willing to go cheap on their cakes… ie: cardboard.

i’d love to see how this turns out.
