Did you use a credit card to purchase the dress? I’m finding that the phrase “I will dispute the charges with my credit card and move on to someone who wants my business” calms me pretty quickly.

I’m sorry you’re in this situation.  What a horrible company. You do have options and a little bit of time. Good luck. I’m sure everything will go just fine.

I would also walk into the shop and talk to them face to face. It’s harder for them to give the run around that way

@dancingriss:  +1.  If you can be there in person, the shop will be far more attentive and less likely to give you the runaround.

I am so sorry to hear you are going through that what a horrible situation! 🙁

 

I would be threatening legal action at this point…you have just over 2 months left, your date is a week after mine and alterations need to start soon (granted you could do them two weeks out…would be hectic, might pay more for rush but still)

that is just ridiculous!  Can you physically walk in there instead of calling? and your not from michigan by chance are you? lol
