What about an elbow length veil?  That might still give you some length without making you look too short?

I would do either a birdcage veil or just a sparkly headband – the dress is so clean and elegant it doesn’t need much!

Wear the veil you love.  Doesn’t matter your height. Birdcages are cool.  If that’s what you love go for it.  

I was in love with long veils and going for it was one of my favourite decisions.

Love your dress.  I am 5′ tall and wore a chapel length veil ($69 from DB–can’t beat it).  I think shorter veils make you look shorter because they cut you off.  I wasn’t a veil person but I’m really glad I went with it.

I’m 5’4 and I’m doing a two tiered, finger tip/elbow length with satin trim. I don’t think having it that length makes me seem short. Try some on when your dress comes in, see which one completes your vision.
