It’s a very warm weather looking dress. You could put on a little white cardigan perhaps. (It’s super cute by the way)

ADORABLE!  But, it will be cold.  And you don’t want to look miserable in your engagement photos.  Can you do a few inside shots?  Or maybe just do a wardrobe change, and only wear the dress for a little bit….

I’m not into leggings with dresses, it looks very juvenile most of the time. This dress would look cute with a really vibrant pair of flats (Yellow, Red, Purple).

Hmm…this dress is really, really cute, but the eyelet pattern and breezy crisp cotton and clean white with springy turquoise all SCREAM “warm weather season!”  It’s just not that right now in the northern hemisphere.  Assuming you are in the northern hemisphere, I’d stash it for another occasion!  You will probably be cold in the dress if you’re taking the pics some time soon, and with a dress that summery, there isn’t much of a way to make it cold-weather appropriate.  What is your Fiance wearing?  There is also the risk that you will look very seasonally mismatched.  Don’t worry, though, because I’m sure you will get a ton of use out of it come spring and summer if you do decide to store it!

this looks very much like a summer dress, so leggings or tights won’t work with it. you could do a white cardigan and colorful flats.

I just did this really fast on ployvore (haha obviously it’s sooo thrown together). The dress IS summery, but if you have your heart set maybe you could make it look warm and cozy. I think white wellies would be cute with wool tights and a big sweater but I’m sort of weird fashion-wise.
