So as I’ve been on my search for the perfect wedges, I started thinking that maybe I don’t actually neeeeeed wedges. I’m getting married outside on a grass lawn (hopefully if mother nature cooperates anyway!). Any one have thoughts? Is doing pumps a bad idea or would it be ok?

I am with you and have the same question. I keep thinking my heel will get caught in the grass/dirt and that will not be a pretty site on wedding day.

I feel the same way, too, so I bought wedges. I am curious to hear from someone who has actual experience with pumps on grass, though!

I wore stilettos for the pictures before the wedding, and the ground was a little soft from recent rain and my heels definitely sank at least an inch or two into the grass. I changed into wedges after the ceremony for comfort, but I wish I’d just worn the wedges the whole time!
