Two Apps and two entrees.  The grouper sounds delish!

@nemoandthebrain:  I like the 2+2 as well. I feel like it gives more choices if I don’t want Caesar salad (which I love anyway).

I think 2 entree choices is plenty! Do your entrees come with sides or bread?  It sounds like plenty of food.  And it sounds like you have enough hors d’ouevrs to keep people full and happy.

We are doing a similar style, giving our guests 2 entree choices, each comes with a potato, vegetable, and bread.  They also will be getting a summer salad when they sit for dinner.  We have 4 passed hors d’ouevrs during cocktail hour.

Your guests are sure to enjoy all the delciious food you are having, it’s making me hungry. 🙂

whenever I go to a wedding, I order chicken so I would be a little put off that it wasn’t offered.  I don’t eat red meat and am not crazy about fish.  i feel like chicken and beef are the two staple options
