    I  like the first one. The second one is cute, but unless they are all very thin, I think it could be a challenge. I actually think the second one is more youthful than the first. Not crazy about the belt or ribbon (can’t tell what it is on my laptop).

    I love the first one!  I think the flower makes that dress more wedding-ish than the belt.

    The first one will be more flattering on different body types since it is a-line.

    I think it depends o the figures of your ladies! The first dress looks as though it would be universally flattering and especially more comfortable for those of us with child-bearing hips. The second dress is lovely, but would probably fare better for those who are more slender with narrower hips. 

    Are they by the same designer? Maybe you could select the color and let each lady choose the one she likes most?

    Agree that dress 1 is more figure flattering and translates as more formal. Very pretty choices!
