Other than the obvious response of "ebay", it is possible that this dress was never made even though it does appear on the runway. Just like couture, not all ready to wear is actually manufactured. Have you tried calling Christian Dior? The NY boutique number is 212-931-2950. This is Fashion Week though so you may not get a quick, informed response. I would also try decades two http://decadestwo.com/ . Good luck!

Here’s the Dior website: http://www.diorcouture.com/uk/dior_uk.html

There you can shop online (I was not able to find this particular dress) or you can search for their boutiques worldwide. You will be able to find boutiques in the UK and in the States. I would try calling them or popping in with a picture of the dress.

I say look for an amazing seamstress and see if there is ANY way she could replicate it… 🙂

not sure how you can get your hands on it, but i LOVE it!! if that were pink i would wear it to my wedding in a heartbeat. i agree with babagrl (you’re on a roll today, baba!) — take this picture to a good seamstress, or now that i’m thinking about it, maybe someone who graduated from fashion school who is used to doing haute couture (i’m thinking project runway-esqe here).

I also think you should go to a good seamstress and have something similar made. Or maybe you could take a trip to London? Maybe they have it there?

By the way, I’m also from Upstate NY. Where are you from/where is your wedding going to be?
