Hey!! I guess I’ve been doing okay. I’ve been trying to limit my dairy intake. I made an omelet with turkey and broccoli for the first time without adding cheese and I devoured it, it didn’t taste THAT much different than when I used to add cheese, maybe because I never used a lot of cheese to begin with…I feel like that’s a hurdle I’ve gotten over, no more cheese needed in my eggs yaaay. So I haven’t eaten dairy the past 3 days, unless there was some in the 2 chocolate chip cookies I had yesterday lol.

I don’t think I will be able to give up dairy 100% because it’s in so many processed foods, like soy is in so many processed foods, but I am trying to make a conscience effort to not eat straight dairy (like milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.). I plan to continue to eat ice cream, but just rarely, unless I can find Hemp ice cream…if I like it I will stop eating dairy ice cream. Philly has some awesome ice cream shops so this will be difficult. Oooh I tried Midnight Cookies and Cream by Haagen-Dazs for the first time a couple of weeks ago OMG I no longer need Dulce de Leche. I refuse to eat any other Haagen-Dazs unless it’s Midnight Cookies and Cream, no other Haagen-Dazs ice cream is worth the consequence to me lol, the good thing is that it’s a limited edition flavor so it’s not readily available for me to eat weekly….thank goodness! hahaha

I got on the scale this morning and I lost 2 more lbs. (19lbs total)….I’m now 1 lb. away from a 20 lb total loss!!! Woohoo!!

MrsWe:  it went really well! I felt super bloaty so the waist/rib area felt tight but I’m just gonna have to avoid stuff that I know bloats me for the next 3 weeks. White bread and refined sugars, I’ll see y’all on Sept 27th lol.

This weekend will be a write off though. My birthday was yesterday so I’m not practicing moderation at my party on Saturday night lol. None.

MrsWe:  a friend of mine buys coconut ‘yogurt’ and ‘ice cream’ for her son with a dairy allergy, she said it’s really good.

It’s nice to getting complimented on your weightloss when you’ve been working hard at it. So what now, do you have a new goal?
