Hello lovelies! I’m in the home stretch now (less than 100 days!) and I’m having a hard time getting motivated to keep up my workouts. I wanna have a bangin’ body but I need help getting my ass off the couch (or desk chair or floor or bed…).
How do you keep yourself going???

Try to put on the pants that don’t fit. Yep, gotta keep going until the skinny jeans fit! lol. Seriously, i have “goal pants” from before the wedding that I knew I fit into comfortably and I put them on every few weeks to gauge how they fit. It’s better than measurements+body fat+scale for me.

i have a picture of an older lady with what i like to call ‘desk bubble butt’ and i look at that when i dont want to go to the gym. since i sit in a desk chair all day, it scares me into going to the gym 🙂

I think about my honeymoon and wanting to look and feel beautiful in my bikini and lingerie! That’s a huge motivator for me! Plus I agree, I totally have goal clothes, and different sets of them. I just fit into goal jeans #1, but I have goal jeans #2 still in the closet 😉

Think of all the pictures!! Think of the honeymoon! Panic is a good motivator. 🙂
