^ Same .  I’m a photographer too.     You don’t  need to completely match.   I actually can’t beleive people are giving negative feedback about the clothing for the wedding party !  Sometimes I forget about details that the bride goes through.

F them all!  I love to shoot weddings like that.  It has character, and people look SO much better when they buy an article of clothing that actually fits their body instead of renting a tux or being forced to wear the same shape dress.

Your dresses look awesome. I wanted to go that mismatched but I doubted my abilities and the opportunity is gone forever. Your pictures will be beautiful!

I LOVE mismatched bridal parties! We are doing shabby chic, as well. I have been collecting mismatched linen napkins, teacups, plates, and gold utensils.  Can’t wait to see pictures from your big day!  My mom’s remark was “if the bridesmaids don’t match they won’t look uniform and like they are part of the bridal party.” Really not sure that someone is going to confuse them after seeing them up at the alter and also at the head table. I also was thinking about all white bridesmaids dress and my mom’s remark was that I would want to stand out. Really not sure that anyone is going to confuse a bridesmaid for the bride! Everyone has an opinion so don’t let it get to you. I look at this as – it’s me and my Fiance day and we only get one!
