chirpychappers:  I think you can do just about anything with a grooms cake and they’re a fun way to incorporate the couple.  Here’s a cool looking Dr. Who cake:

And this is always cute I think, good for some photos but nobody will see it when you don’t want them to (you could get any sort of shirt that works with your hobbies):

And cufflinks are an easy way to incorporate too.  These were my husband’s cufflinks, mini Enterprises:

Also, I’m not sure if your denomination would allow readings, but would that be an option? Someone can get up and read a quote about love or romance from one of your favorite shows, or do a reading from a nerdy source (Carl Sagan’s “We are star stuff” passage comes to mind.) Or, I know people who got “I love you” “I know” engraved inside their wedding bands (Star Wars reference!) – could you incorporate something from one of your fandoms in that way? Or first dance to a Wizard Rock song?
