I love my dress! It is everything I ever dreamed of when walking down the aisle. However…I just dont feel confident in it. I did not lose the weight I wanted to before the wedding. When i went for my first fitting the dress was a little hard to zip, but once she zipped it was fine. My second fitting I was bloated, so it felt tighter. I am so nervous the day of my mom will have trouble zipping it.
I also just feel so not confident 🙁 Thank god for Spanks, because those help! Anyone else feel this way? I am getting married in 10 days!
And I am not eating carbs starting today, because I am hoping that will reduce my stomach a little!

Watch what you eat, drink lots of water, try to get some gym time in. You’ll be fine – I know you’ll look gorgeous in the dress!!

I second that – drink lots and lots of water!
And don’t stress – you will look beautiful.

My dress was WAY tight, so I know what you mean. Just try to relax, drink lots of water and stay away from salty food. Don’t over restrict, because that could trigger a binge and undo your work! Lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, and complex carbs!
