My Maid/Matron of Honor is going to carry pictures of my daughter and niece (who was also my god-daughter) along with her bouquet during the ceremony and she will then carefully set the photos up near the bridal party for all to see. Both girls died unexpectedly as teenagers. To have them represented during the ceremony is very important to me.
Anyway, we searched the local stores for suitable frames and couldn’t find what we wanted. I finally found suitable frames at Amazon.com – beautiful oval frames in antique gold and I ordered with confidence because amazon has always been very quick with delivery. But it has been three weeks since I ordered and now the wedding is 9 (almost 8) days away and I am getting very nervous that the frames will arrive in time. Cross some bee fingers for me!

Oh no! Good luck. Is there any way to contact amazon or the seller to see where the frames are and if they have even been shipped? I would keep a pair of backup frames just in case.
I like the way you will be honoring the two girls in the ceremony. Respectful, and elegant.

Oh, no! I hope that you are able to get them in time!

Fingers crossed! I am sure your frames will arrive on time, but I will be sending positive vibes your way!

bluespurrs, I hate to tell you, but the sellers on amazon.com vary widely in their shipping times. Amazon.com itself is very quick, but they don’t have control over the infinite number of people who sell on their site. Check the page where you bought the frames for “estimated shipping time” and then email, email, email.

I FINALLY got ahold of customer service and they say they should be here at least 3 days before the wedding. Many thanks to cheerful who got me motivated to find their customer service number and call!

I’m crossing my fingers for you! If they don’t come in, maybe you can stop by a craft or a home decor store or even a goodwill or garage sale and pick some frames up? You can always spray paint some shabbier looking ones to class them up!
